Clothing are items you can use to customize the appearance of your survivors.

About Clothing

Icon of Outfits

Since Update 11 players are able to customize the appearance of their community members - we're able to change the outfit and hat of each survivor. The clothing is purely cosmetic, meaning it doesn't matter what clothing your survivor is wearing, they won't receive any benefits for wearing them. While each survivor comes with their own default clothing, the game also offers 136 outfits and 85 hats in case you want to change it, available in the Closet.

Some clothing can be found in your Closet by default (for free), while other pieces must be unlocked before you could use them. To unlock more clothing, you have the following options:

• Find them while scavenging
• Complete bounties for the Bounty Broker
• Log into the game in given time periods (for limited-time clothing)

After you unlock an outfit or a hat, it will be available forever and can be worn by any survivors simultaneously.
