The Cabin Park Motel is one of seven home sites located in Drucker County. It is one of the medium bases of the map, located in Lake Brimley Park, on the southern part of the map.

Default Layout of Cabin Park Motel
The Cabin Park Motel is a group of buildings. It is inferior but almost identical to the Camp Kelenqua base.
The base is mostly surrounded by a simple wire mesh fence. It can be climbed by the zeds, however the base is built on a rocky hill, so the terrain somewhat funnels the incoming zeds to certain parts of the wall. Since the fence is see-through you can also shoot zeds before they'd climb in. By the road the wall is built from pallets, planks and other wooden elements - this is the only section which can't be climbed. The base has 3 entrances: a gate on the north, another on the south, and a third gate by the parking spots.
The base consists of 4 buildings: A main building and 3 log cabins. Outside you'll find two Large slots, the Heavy Trash, and the Old Well. Inside the main building you'll find the Seating Area and the Locker by the front desk. The Command Center in the room behind the desk and the Country Kitchen is in another room next to it. There's also a restroom in the building, but it's not functional.
The north cabin has the Storage, the center cabin has a Sheltered Beds 2, and the south cabin has a small indoor slot inside.
The 2 Parking spots are at the end of the road leading up to the base.

Trivia[]
- Each cabin has a bed built right into it. The passive bonus is called Built-in Bed, providing +1 Bed, adding up to +3 Beds in total. The effect is active regardless of what facility you have built in these slots.
