The Big Boss is an upgrade form of the Military Truck. The Big Boss gets reinforcements to the windows and a plow head in the front. So far it seems that the plow head does not have a separate durability. Although there is no separate durability, the car itself has a very high durability. There are 5 different colors: gray, tan, yellow, blue and green. Upgrading from the Military Truck can result in any one of the 5 colors randomly.

The Big Boss was originally known as Naked Truck, but it was awarded the title of Big Boss for surpassing (and later killing) its mentor in a duel in a mission on the outskirts of Russia.
- the name is a reference to the Metal Gear Solid series of games, namely the main antagonist of Metal Gear 1 and 2, and the protagonist of Metal Gear Solid 3, and Peace Walker, who is called Naked Snake, and later Big Boss
